I received a notice from a courier.
What should I do to pick up my shipment?

To withdraw shipments from abroad (internet purchases, courier shipments, etc.) please go to TCU S.A. with the following documentation:

Bill of lading (provided by courier or airline)
Identification card or passport.

Go to the front desk at the National Customs Bureau offices located at the Cargo Terminal to begin the  withdrawal process. Next, go to TCU’s Customer Service window to request your cargo. Once the merchandise is located in TCU’s warehouses, a Cargo Terminal staff member will issue the voucher you need to report to customs regarding cargo availability. After customs performs the necessary checks, go to TCU’s Customer Service window once again to make the corresponding payment.  Following this step, and with prior approval by customs, you may freely withdraw your shipment from the Cargo Terminal.
