What documentation is required to pick up a shipment?

TCU is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. For individuals shipments, please visit the TCU Customer Service window with the following documentation:

 

Bill of lading (delivered by courier or airline)
Identification card or passport.

 

For cargo that by virtue of its characteristics or amount exceeds the fiscal value defined by customs you must use a customs broker.
