As such, some changes are being made in our user administration, adding information requirements that improve security and thus offer better assurances for all interested parties.
Consequently, if you plan to continue using TCU web services, we request you do the following:
1. Visit the TCU offices with the attached contract signed by the user before 1 April.
2. Attach a letter on company letterhead from the company’s legal representative sample authorizing the user to operate the account in accordance with the terms of the contract.
3. After these steps are completed, the new username and password will be approved (previous usernames will expire as of this date).
There is no charge to create new users.
